WOW! I'm so proud of this team! We pulled out a close win yesterday against Fairfax Station. The score was back and forth the entire meet. We had some key players out, but every single kid that was there who swam and/or cheered stepped up to the plate! We had 78 (yes, you read that right) best times. Seventy-eight. I'm a little floored... These kids have been working so hard, I can't wait to see all of us swim Monday night! I'm hoping this is an indication of time drops to come! This week we will hit stroke progressions for all four strokes with extra focus on our catch (how much water we pull) and race pace. 

This week's clinic will focus on underwaters, dives, and breakouts. Don't forget to sign up!
