Hello SST! Happy Father’s Day!

I hope all of the dads on our team had a great (and restful) weekend!

Our kids and volunteers did a great job at Time Trials yesterday. Thank you to everyone who helped out! We had a lot of fast swims! This week at practice we will take extra time to focus on our breaststroke timing and backstroke flipturns, as I would like to clean them up before the next meet.

Speaking of which, I can’t believe in less than a week we’ll have our first Saturday and Monday meets… time flies when you’re having fun! First up we have Fairfax Station, my childhood team. This meet means a lot to me so I’ll make sure our kids are extra prepared to take them down! ;)

Don’t forget to sign up for our advanced stroke and turn clinics. This week is focused on backstroke and backstroke flipturns. See Laura’s email for more information!
